2. Data processed via the contact form
When you send us a message via the contact form, we process the data you provide — name, email address, Instagram handle, message content — exclusively to answer your enquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR (consent, given via the required checkbox) and Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR (steps prior to entering a contract). Submitted enquiries are delivered to our email inbox via Cloudflare's email routing service and via Google Gmail, both acting as processors under Art. 28 GDPR. We do not use the data for any other purpose and do not pass it on to third parties beyond these processors.
3. Storage duration
We store enquiry data for as long as necessary to answer your request and for a reasonable follow-up period afterwards — typically no longer than 6 months after the enquiry is closed, unless a longer retention is required by law (e.g. commercial or tax record-keeping obligations) or you ask us to delete it sooner.
4. Fonts
This website uses self-hosted fonts. No connection to third-party font servers (such as Google Fonts) is established.
5. Cookies, tracking and analytics
This website does not use analytics tools, advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or embedded social-media widgets. No newsletter sign-up is offered. Only technically necessary cookies may be set, if any.
6. Hosting
This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, operated by Cloudflare, Inc. Cloudflare processes technical connection data (such as IP address and request logs) as necessary to deliver the website and acts as a processor under Art. 28 GDPR. For details see Cloudflare's own privacy policy at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection according to Art. 15–22 GDPR. Where processing is based on your consent, you can revoke it at any time with effect for the future by contacting us at [email protected].
8. Supervisory authority
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is:
